These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 92pkr9 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 92pkr9 website located at https://92pkr9.cam (the "Site"), including all gaming, betting, promotional and informational services offered through it.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — a registered user account on the 92pkr9 Site, created by providing accurate registration information and completing the required verification steps.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds held in separate bonus wallets where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by 92pkr9, subject to wagering requirements and other conditions as disclosed at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity, age and, where required, address and payment-method verification procedures.

• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account balances and financial limits are denominated unless otherwise stated.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform or any of its services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "RTP" — Return to Player, a theoretical percentage figure representing the long-run expected payout of a game relative to total stakes wagered. RTP figures are theoretical and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction placed on an Account that prevents access to the Platform for a defined period.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or bonus plus deposit, as specified in the relevant promotion) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To open and use an Account on 92pkr9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

6. You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited into your Account. You will only wager funds that you can afford to lose.

92pkr9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or Account termination.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 92pkr9 is entitled to rely on the information provided by you and accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration data.

Login credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for it.

Security obligations: You must notify 92pkr9 immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. You must never disclose one-time passwords (OTPs), security codes or verification tokens to any person, including individuals claiming to be 92pkr9 support staff.

92pkr9 does not charge a fee for Account registration. Deposit and payment processing fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction completion.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at 92pkr9's discretion.

Payment method availability: The availability of specific payment services — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to those providers' own terms, policies and operational decisions. 92pkr9 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method and makes no representation that any named provider endorses or supports gambling transactions. Users should confirm available methods in the live cashier before initiating any transaction.

Deposit processing: Deposits are generally credited to the Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 92pkr9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or network outages.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; and (c) internal fraud and AML review. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. 92pkr9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Cryptocurrency: Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT or other supported assets) are available, the relevant exchange rate applied at the time of deposit or withdrawal is determined by the Platform's payment processor. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; 92pkr9 bears no responsibility for changes in value after a transaction is initiated.

Deposits made using funds that are not your own, or funds obtained through illegal activity, are strictly prohibited. 92pkr9 operates AML controls and reserves the right to freeze, withhold or return funds where suspicious activity is detected, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

92pkr9 may offer various promotions, bonuses, free spins and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the offer terms (e.g., a PKR 5,000 bonus at 30× requires PKR 150,000 in total qualifying wagers — illustrative).
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is as stated in the offer terms (commonly PKR 1,000 per round — illustrative). Exceeding this limit may result in voiding the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rate for each game category is specified in the Platform's bonus terms and game information. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire after the period stated in the offer terms (commonly 7 to 30 days from credit). Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account.
• One welcome bonus per person: Welcome bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device and IP address.
• Maximum cash-out: Where stated in the offer terms, the maximum withdrawal from winnings generated by bonus funds is capped at the specified figure (e.g., PKR 10,000 — illustrative).

All bets and wagers placed on the 92pkr9 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, which are accessible within the game interface or market information panel. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or data-feed interruption, 92pkr9 reserves the right to void affected bets or apply manual correction in accordance with the Platform's published error resolution policy.

Sports betting: Odds are displayed in the user's selected format (decimal, fractional or money line) and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a valid bet reference number is generated, the accepted odds are binding on both parties. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after a material event has occurred that would affect the outcome (e.g., a wicket falling in cricket betting — particularly relevant to PSL T20 and ICC tournament markets), may be voided at 92pkr9's discretion.

Casino games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer tables, by physical card and roulette outcomes under the supervision of the relevant studio provider. RTP figures displayed in game information panels are theoretical long-run averages and do not predict individual session results.

You must not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the 92pkr9 Platform:

• Opening more than one Account, or registering using false, incomplete or borrowed identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including to place bets, scrape data or circumvent security measures;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided;
• Colluding with other players, engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing or any form of organised advantage play that undermines the integrity of games or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the Platform as a financial instrument;
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including by means of a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, design or content without express written authorisation from 92pkr9.

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of balances, forfeiture of pending withdrawals and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

92pkr9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should not be treated as a source of income, a means of recovering losses or a response to financial or emotional distress.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on total deposits;
• Loss limits — caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session time limits — automated alerts and session termination after a specified duration;

KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time that 92pkr9 deems necessary.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — all four corners visible, unobscured;
• A valid Pakistani or foreign passport — photo page clearly legible;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the previous three months, where requested;
• A selfie or liveness check image, as prompted by the verification portal.

92pkr9 will store and process KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Document data is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, fraud prevention and AML compliance.

All content on the 92pkr9 Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 92pkr9 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Site's content without prior written consent from 92pkr9.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr9 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

92pkr9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages and acts of government) may result in temporary unavailability of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

92pkr9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account and withhold associated funds where, in its reasonable judgment, any of the following applies:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible (e.g., underage, resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction or subject to self-exclusion);
• Fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour has been detected in connection with the Account;
• A charge-back or payment dispute has been initiated against a deposit;
• AML or KYC requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continuation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding verified balances (minus any bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification or compliance requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkr9 holds its operating licence. Users agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall, in the first instance, be addressed through 92pkr9's internal complaints procedure.

To raise a complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. 92pkr9 will endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 30 days. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may pursue further remedies available under the laws of your jurisdiction.

92pkr9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or by urgent platform-integrity considerations.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.

The version of these Terms displayed on this page at any given time is the version currently in force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is updated with each material revision.
